Please share your experiences and any comments you've had when delivering "Change Management"
In each of the last 4 times I've facilitated this course there were no more than 6 attendees. This smaller class size has proven to provide a terrific teaching environment in that each attendee can focus a good deal of time on their specific project initiative. The case study then acts as a foundation for reinforcing learning points rather than being the focal point of the course. The smaller group size also allows more interaction and perspectives from a number of business areas. Would welcome comments from other facilitators for the Change Management course.
