It has been recently decided by Unilever and the Accenture Curriculum Team to make some minor changes to the Project Management ‘Content’ and ‘Course Names’, this has come after reviewing the past 2 years worth of student feedback from multiple UL businesses in all of the TACK delivery regions:-
Introduction will be now be called: ‘Project Management – ‘Foundation’
Advanced will be now be called: ‘Project Management – ‘Intermediate’
Your feedback will be appreciated - 'Detailed Change Document' are available on the TACK Intranet

I agree: it's needed a third step "advanced" for people already working on projects or been appointed Project Manager/Leader.
